We match users with suitable financial products from partner institutions and share leads via secure API. The actual product application, account opening, investment, and any payment are completed directly with the partner institution, not on our website. Approval, rejection, terms, interest rates, and issuance of any financial product are at the sole discretion of the partner financial institution. InvestmentCover does not approve, guarantee, or issue any financial product.

Your lead data is shared with partner institutions only through secure API integration. Our servers for lead data are hosted in India (AWS India) in line with applicable RBI expectations on data residency.
Our website and advertising campaigns use Meta and Google tools for analytics, conversion measurement, and remarketing. Certain technical data and, where applicable, hashed contact identifiers may be processed for attribution and campaign measurement. For advertisements run directly on Meta's platforms (such as Lead Ads), information you submit within Meta's own forms is collected by Meta and shared with us. This data is processed by Meta and Google on their own infrastructure, including servers located outside India, in accordance with their privacy policies.
You can opt out of cookie-based tracking through your browser settings. Meta's and Google's own privacy policies govern how they use this data.
WhatsApp: We use our verified WhatsApp number 92898 36482 to contact you regarding financial products, including appointment confirmations, application updates, and relevant offers.
SMS: We send SMS for OTP verification and for updates or offers relating to financial products, in line with the consent you provide.

Lead and related data is generally retained for up to 2–3 years from the date of collection, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or by our partner financial institutions under their regulatory obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a person under 18, we will delete it.
You can opt out of marketing calls, SMS, or WhatsApp messages at any time by emailing info@twinedigital.com with the subject "Opt-Out," or by replying STOP to a WhatsApp/SMS message.
